Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: May 2026
1. Object of the platform
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the 'TCU') govern access to and use of the Freezbee online platform (the 'Platform'), accessible at www.freezbee.co. The Platform is operated by La Chapelle Club SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company headquartered at 14 Rue Maréchal Joffre, 33000 Bordeaux, France, registered under SIRET 92180801000018 ('Freezbee', 'we', 'us'). Freezbee connects SaaS brands ('Brands') who wish to promote their products on LinkedIn with content creators ('Creators') who publish authentic posts in exchange for product rewards (such as promo codes or free access). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these TCU.
2. Account registration
Any individual or legal entity may request to register on the Platform by providing the required information. A Creator account requires at minimum a first and last name, email, password and LinkedIn profile URL; additional profile information (categories, audience size, bio) helps brands find you. A Brand account requires the name and email of a person authorised to bind the company, the company name, and a valid payment method. Freezbee may contact you to verify the information provided, may require additional checks, and may refuse or revoke any registration at its discretion.
3. Brand obligations and subscription
Publishing deals on the Platform requires an active paid subscription, billed via Stripe. By subscribing, the Brand accepts the pricing and renewal terms displayed at checkout. Brands commit to:
- honour every promo code or product reward offered in their deals;
- respond promptly to Creators who participate in their deals (within 7 days);
- provide accurate information about their tool, the brief and the reward;
- not discriminate against Creators matched by the Platform.
4. Creator obligations and content
Creators participate in deals voluntarily and at no monetary cost. When you accept a deal, you agree to publish an authentic LinkedIn post that follows the Brand's brief, accurately reflects your experience, and complies with LinkedIn's terms of service and applicable advertising-disclosure rules in your jurisdiction. You submit a screenshot of your post to the Platform. Freezbee runs automated analysis on that screenshot (using an AI vision model) to extract engagement metrics and check brief compliance; a manual review may follow. Once your post is validated, your reward (typically a promo code) is delivered in your dashboard. Creators are rewarded in product, not in cash.
5. Subscription pricing, billing and cancellation
The Brand subscription is offered at the prices listed on our pricing page (currently €90 per month or €72 per month billed annually, excluding tax). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the current billing period, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Failed payments may lead to suspension of access until the balance is cleared.
6. Intellectual property and content licence
You retain ownership of the LinkedIn content you create. By submitting content (including screenshots) through the Platform, you grant Freezbee and the relevant Brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and reference that content on the Platform, in dashboards, and in case studies promoting Freezbee or the deal. The Freezbee name, logo, software, designs, databases and aggregated analytics remain the exclusive property of La Chapelle Club SAS and are protected by French and international intellectual-property law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform to engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, including but not limited to fake engagement, purchased followers or likes, automated scraping, impersonation, harassment of other members, or circumvention of the reward mechanism. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund and, where applicable, to legal action.
8. Service availability and liability
Freezbee is provided 'as is'. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and to update its features, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may add, modify or remove features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freezbee shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability in respect of the Platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by the affected user to Freezbee over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these TCU.
10. Modification of the TCU
Freezbee may modify these TCU at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated TCU.
11. Governing law, mediation and disputes
These TCU are governed by French law. In accordance with articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumers may, after first contacting our customer service, refer any unresolved dispute free of charge to the Association Nationale des Médiateurs (ANM), 62 rue Tiquetonne, 75002 Paris, or via http://www.anm-conso.com. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these TCU shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
12. Contact
For any question regarding these TCU you can contact us at hey@freezbee.co or by post at La Chapelle Club SAS, 14 Rue Maréchal Joffre, 33000 Bordeaux, France.
